So my '99 rr has had this problem since I got it. On random bumps, big or extremely small - doesn't matter, the horn honks quickly. It's kind of funny so I've never bothered to find the cause and fix it. But when I'm driving in a sketchy area, it can be scary. Or what if it happens when I'm behind a cop? Haha I guess I've been lucky with that so far. I think it's time to fix it though. Any ideas on what could cause this?
Also on a side-ish note, I can't honk the horn by pushing the steering wheel like normal. I have to kindof… pull the top of it, I guess? Maybe that's related. I don't know, my rover has quite the character.
Thanks!

Sounds like you've answered your own question...

Horn switch in the steering wheel maybe?
