Gents,

I bought a used ERR6645 ECU with 2 tornado chips in it.

Before anything, i cleared all faults and adaptive values on both ECUs with testbook.

Chipped ECU wasn't working even with a security link reprogram with testbook. The car starts then cuts.

I swapped the chips from Chipped ECU to mine. Same thing, the car starts then cuts. I helped it a little with foot on pedal and it goes.
Switched on LPG and it's almost perfect. Idle is fine. Car pulls well up to +6000RPM...

Back on petrol and it's catastrophic. Engine is hesitant, no power at all, doesn't rev nicely and it stalls. Then it's nearly impossible to start it again for an hour. Sounds like there's too much fuel.

Back on Testbook, i got P1622 code. The ECM receive 3 codes non similar or 2 security codes incorrects. Driving Cycle A. Immobilizer Fault

I tried to reprogram the security link without success.

May you help me with this? :crybaby2:

Cheers

Flo

Mark's maps differ.

You need to make sure the chip allows the use of a dual fuel set-up.

I specified a high grade Petrol when I ordered mine. Mark said it wouldn't run LPG or poor grade fuels. Maybe you have one of these?

I think he will, but he may refuse as you've purchased them second hand.

He always told me that if I ever wanted to get the car fine tuned on a rolling road, he'd reflash the chips FOC. I always held back as I'm sure I'd be tempted to buy and fit all the other stuff he carries with him...

Have you really got 280 from that? Is that at the flywheel or the wheels?
