People, since i've bought my range the driver door rubber seal its damaged, it has this cuts and tears.

Searching around i found a couple of number parts, are these codes correct? (doesnt matter the door side?):
  • LR013938 (Primary seal)
  • LR014294 (Secondary seal)
Due what i see are two seals involved, what is the exactly number part of the smooth rubber damaged?, on the other hand, should I change the two stamps mandatorily?

Regards.

Looks like the seat belt retractor is getting weak.

I don't believe either primary or secondary have left or right. L322 aperture gaskets should be the same from 03-12 regardless of trim level.

Primary is just a very long formed rubber "hose" with a metal lined U channel that grips the ridge around the door opening. If you look at your tread plate the two ends meet somewhere at the bottom under the tread plate. There is often a hunk of rubber in the existing gasket joint that ensure the "hose" does not separate or deform at the joint.

The secondary is on the door itself. These rarely get damaged.

Ty Toadhall, always helping others!. So, considering what you said, its the LR013938 the right one to buy.

Best regards.
