Has anyone had success turning down the Nav volume without having to turn down the stereo volume?

It's quite a surprise to my left ear when I'm cruising along listening to some great tunes and my Nav starts blaring over the radio. Don't want to turn off the Nav voice entirely. And the dealer was not helpful at all.

Turn the volume knob while Ms. Nav is speaking. Or press+hold the music-symbol-looking-button thingy and adjust in there.

That fixes the volume issue for that particular voice prompt, but does not reset the volume for the system.

This is a known bug. In other words, they all do that. Sorry.
