It looks like a panhard bar, (stabiliser), one end to axle, other to chassis, I believe that it’s snapped at a bolt in ball joint, get it jacked up with wheel off, could be a 20 min repair,
That is not good. It is your rear control arm that keeps the wheel aligned left to right. You are going to need a whole new hub assembly. There is major rust and that sheared off. I would inspect the other 3 hubs. You should inspect the gas tank cradle and all other parts under the vehicle for rust damage as well.
