Hi folks, i came from work today, parked the car, went back to IT 2hours later and there, the hazard lights and headlight and sometime hear the door locks IT self, like the car was posessed by a demon! Could IT be battery or alternator? Please help!!!!

Yep i washed the engine Bay yesterday..

Engine is a 2.7

Yep - there was the issue - never never never wash the engine - used a cloth to wipe clean - you have forced water into a lot a places it should not have gone - mainly inpacts the transfer case as the transfer case ECU is behind the battery (i had tfr case issues for a week when I washed my engine) but also impact other systems.

Set up heating/drying arrangements to try and dry everything out.

Yep you where right, transmission fault! Hope IT wil give me a chance, if not maybe i need a New ECU? ?

You will not need a new tfr case ECU - with time it will probably correct itself (dries out) but you may need to just pull the ECU out, clean the contacts and squirt the lot with WD40 to dry out any moisture.
