According to the manual, the RRS fuel tanks hold 27 gallones. I think the most I have filled is around 23 gallons. I admit with the RRS, I don't play the empty fuel tank game as much as I do with my other cars, partly due to the fact that the RRS can't be pushed in neutral. If the motor dies, you are pretty much glued to the pavement. In the past, I have coasted or pushed my out of fuel cars more than a couple of times, but don't want to chance it with this thing. Plus I'm a couple of years older and it is known that keeping the fuel pump submerged prolongs it's life. Has anyone filled close to 27 gallons?

My largest fill-up was 25 gal and the indicator pointed solidly to "E".

I am also more risk-averse about running out of fuel in this vehicle as compared to my other vehicles. I tend to fill-up at half a tank.

I'm glad we have a 27-ish gallon tank.... less stops at the gas station... even though sometimes I can't even fill up if it goes over $100! Stupid gas station limits.

IT'S JUST GAS! WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL?!
