Foggy film from the inside.
I took a fe pictures to show. The passenger side is the one that has the film, driver side is very clear.
What could be the cause of this, please share your opinion, thank you.

Can't see the difference myself.
Film etc inside a headlight, is caused by moisture as a rule though.

I know the picture doesn't show it as bad, but it's yellowish and it's bothering me. I will bring it to the dealer and see what they would suggest.

I can tell you what they will "suggest" right now......New headlight.
They don't "fix" things, they swap parts. Just like any other type of dealer.
Unless it's under some kind of warranty, I wouldn't bother making the trip myself. Of course, if you want a free cup of coffee though......

In that case, call and see what they say about the headlights.
I know on my stuff, parts like headlights are only the first year. Maybe it's different with the Rover stuff.

I have something similar on my 2010. One is markedly hazier-looking than the other. It definitely isn't just condensation either, as it is permanently like that.

My theory: When it finally came time to change the bulbs, I recall that the hazier assembly was missing the rubber/plastic (I forget, it's been a year) cap/cover behind the assembly, allowing dust/air/moisture to get inside. My guess is that this dust settled against the inside of the lens and eventually became baked on there thanks to the heat of the bulb. I tried using a can of compressed air to "blast" some of it out, but it made no difference. I eventually did find the cover just hanging out in the engine bay and put it back on. It never really bothered me enough to do anything more.
