First post - so go easy!. I have a FFRR 06MY Vogue. After swithching-off getting out and locking the monster i have noticed that the Gear selector LED [Red] remains on for a a long time after - sometimes up to 45mins. It also appears that there is a little back-lighting to the selector panel.
Is this considered normal?

It may be as on my D£ I used to own the Sat Nav unit would light up even when just re-locking the doors at night and would stay on for over 15 minutes+.

This is completely normal. This means that your Body Control Module (main ECU that looks after everything other than engine) is still awake. But only as such that it is awake to receive instructions.

It can be woken up by stray RF signals from other remote handsets. If it keeps receiving an RF signal then it will keep waking up, but current draw is minimal.
