I have a 2009 range rover sport hse which has a tremor vibration just imeadiatly after it changes gear. Only last a few seconds unless I maintain constant revs. We have changed the props haft bearing and also front suspension bushes. Any help please as to cause

I have had good luck mounting my gopro under the vehicle and seeing play in the LCA, play in the prop shaft center bearing and other things. you may have lost a prop shaft counter weight.
