fuse blocks under drivers set?

Can anyone tell me what the two different small fuse blocks under the driver seat go to? One is at the back be t to the fuel pump inertia switch and has 4 green 30 amp fuses, the second holds 3 stacked in front of each other two 5 amp and one 25 amp and they are located next to the abs relay. I had a couple fuses in each block blown but did not notice anything working that hasn't been before after I replaced the bad fuses.
