Okay, I'm going to dive into the "green machine" (1999 Range Rover, 181,000 miles, bosch engine) and look at the fuel injectors. I might try and clean them or refurbish them.

Anyway, I've printed out the RAVE instructions, but I need to know which intake manifold gasket I need. The RAVE manual has a picture that looks like gasket 1 below. But I'm seeing lots of gasket 2's on ebay and Atlantic British.

I'm also going to order new o-rings... 16.

Please let me know which gasket I need, and if you have any words of wisdom - THANKS!

If you want to send them off for cleaning, I recently used OK Injectors out of Oklahoma. Was like $180 for complete cleaning and spray testing.

Also, if you are only servicing o-rings, you only need the first gasket. The valley gasket is for the lower intake mani, which will not have to be removed.

While you have the upper plenum off it might be a good idea to replace the valve cover gaskets at the same time! I will be doing mine next week, I will take a few pics!
