Front tyres inner side wearing

Hi,
As the title says my front tyres inner side has worn fully. What could be the reason?
(It's a diesel) checked tie / track rod ball joints & they seem okay.
About a year ago changed FL wheel bearing but at that time no unusual tyre wear.
This is a very recent, within 3 months development, i GUESS.

thanks in advance.

There is only one alignment on a P38, toe in. I would guess that your toe in needs to be measured and adjusted. If you tyres are set too far out you will scuff the inside edges. If I remember correctly, specs call for minimal toe out of .02" to .07".

The tie rod length was 1315 mm and adjusted to 1340 mm as per RAVE.
Hope this will solve the issue.

If you're going to use RAVE (which is good!), then read to the end of the instructions...
The 1340 mm (+/- 10) is to get a nominal length for the track rod NOT the final length.
As the good book then goes on to say:

8. Using adjuster, set track rod to nominal length of
1340 mm ± 10mm.
9. Secure clamps with nuts and bolts.
Refit
10. Position track rod on steering knuckles. Secure
with nuts. Tighten to 50 Nm (37 lbf.ft)
11. Fit front wheels. Tighten to 108 Nm (80 lbf.ft)
12. Remove safety stands. Lower vehicle.

13. Set front wheel alignment. See Adjustment.
