Just got my 06 RRS in January and recently had my front stabilizer bar link replaced (TSB LTB001198) due to the infamous front end clunking from my drivers side. Got to say that it feels like I'm driving a whole different vehicle now. The clunking noise is gone and the steering is a lot more solid. Couldn't be more happier with the fix. While I was in the dealer also placed insulation around the rear window hatch to dampen some rattling I was experiencing. Finally feels like I have a solid vehicle.

Since this is my first post I'd like to say hi to everyone and say thanks for all the help you probably don't really realize you've provided me already with this forum.

And of course a couple pics

Very nice! Welcome!

Looks like I might add both of things to my List of growing needs. Need to get this stuff knocked out while still under warranty.

I've spent a fair amount of time looking through the service bulletins to start my list of work to have done while still under warranty too. Nothing felt better than having the work done and seeing a bunch of goose eggs for the total invoice!

Right now everything seems to be in good working order. Is there any "must do" recommendations anyone could enlighten me with while still under warranty.

Actually southeastern Ohio. Took the pictures while testing the ride out after we got hit with the big snowstorm in February that dropped about 2 feet on us. Handled superbly! Glad I got it when I did! Greatest moment from the storm was driving past someone in a tiny Honda spinning slowly down a hill past me landing softly into a huge mound of plowed snow. I caught eyes with the driver as we passed and he was all smiles and seemed to be laughing just enjoying the ride.

Thanks for the welcome! I'm hoping I'll be able to contribute to this forum as much as I'm taking from it...which will be no small task.

I totally have to agree with you. I'm the type of person that reads instruction manuals cover to cover to learn everything I can about what I have is capable of doing. Some things you just can't get from manuals and I believe this form will fill that gap for me quite nicely.

This was my first visit to the dealer's since I got the RRS. Drove around with the tech for a bit trying to reproduce my problem which allowed me to talk with him a bit about the TSB as well as some other things I picked up browsing around here. Got some respect from him right away because of you guys!

Greeat info thank you.

Does anyone know if this TSB affects 2008 range rover sport supercharged? I also have annoying rattle and steering feels loose. Dealer says it's normal but I wasn't armed with TSB number either.
