Mine is completely parished. I've already purchased a replacement, but from what I am seeing online, it looks like a pain to replace. Does it actually serve a purpose and is it worth doing?

Thanks for the help,

Darvin

It keeps leaves, pine needles etc out of the air intake. Instead of using the flimsy foam many of us have upgraded to window screening so that it doesn;t perish again.

If you want the drains to block, then water in your truck causing problems, it's not as bad as it sounds, an hour will see the job done, just remember to remove bottom strip clips before refitting, slide them into track, job done,,

I got some fine stainless steel mesh which I cut to shape with scissors. Once done, never again.
