Does anyone have any experience with Car Shield for warranty? They seem like one of the best options and "claim" to be the same as LR factory coverage. $3,600 for additional 4 yr and 50 K miles. $100 deduct. I only have 25 K miles on my ride but coming up on the 4 year mark in few months so need to pull the trigger.

quick update. I did some research and found too many reviews that said don't buy that warranty. it is an inclusionary policy meaning you need to read the coverage items and understand what is not there. I ended up buying an exclusionary policy from Land Rover North Scottsdale. 4 years 75k miles from the date of purchase. I was within 3k miles of going over the 50k limit, so I splurged on this one. Basically covers the entire vehicle except normal wear items. Brake rotors, pads, wipers, etc. Pretty expensive but they came down in price somewhat and I have my peace of mind

I agree with you on the peace of mind issue and the overall coverage is pretty good. Still talking with dealers but so far got them down to around $3600 for the same additional 4 yr/ 75 K. The more I have researched and talked to dealers and friends it seems there are some good and reliable 3rd party/non manufacturer warranty groups out there now that offer pretty much the same coverage so the dealers are losing business and have begun to negotiate. The 3rd party groups are more willing to do monthly payments though, and LR still looking for lump sum payment.
