I just got this thing to track some features on my vehicle.

I also got Torque to use on my Android phone. It allows me to read the actual engine coolant temp, intake air temp etc. I can clear and read trouble codes with it.

I'm kid of disappointed as i cannot read the Engine oil pressure and some other vital info i'd like to.

Anyone else running a similar device? What operating system are you using with the device?

I have the same device, works perfectly. Cheapo ELM327 bluetooth adapter and Torque Pro for Android. It can even reset gearbox faults, but not read them.

It works okay. Just wish I had some sort of transmission temp.

I need to try it out on my BMW. I haven't had a chance yet since we got 24 inches of snow on Sunday

Some guys use it on the Discos. Sound like a cool tool. I will be purchasing one today... nice alternative to a ScanGuage.

Did you get yours from Ebay? Any recommendations on sellers?

I got mine from eBay, the cheapest I could find, and it works fine.

Only thing that doesn't want to work is connecting it to a PC, but I think that's mainly due to Win7's poor COM over BT handling.
