Compressor works I put a battery on it and it tuns.
Switched relays around to make sure it's not relay.
Checked fuses seem fine.
When I connect pin 1 and 8 I get no power.
When I connect 1 and 18 with my multimeter I get 12 volts.
When I connect 1 and 8 I get 12 volts.

I have an after market Thomas pump so there is no thermal cut off switch.

Anyone know what my problem is?

Also tested pressure switch (pin 7 and 9) and it is an open circuit.
When I connect power I hear a "click" but nothing from the compressor
