.... I ordered the part last night. When it arrives, I should be able to have the system pressurized in 30 minutes.
30 minutes is too long... 10 minutes

Just a thought on a recent repair I had, check exhaust bend on top where it goes over axle.
One I had in had a long hole and it didnt even sound like a leaky exhaust, the heat built up where the air
pipes to tank and right rear bellows goes and softened them causing a hole in the tank supply pipe

All pipes replaced and now works well, replacing pipes is a b$%%&& if you wanna keep it original

Just to confirm. I replaced the piston gasket in the EAS compressor last Thursday night. The tank filled up from 8 minutes after having been completely decompressed. My P38 proceeded to rise up quickly after that. I have been trying to smoke out leaks since then. Something is still strange. At least the truck is drivable and I have a much higher comfort level with the EAS.

Thanks everyone for your help. I'll continue to consult the board.

Air bags are often over looked, they can look good at certain points but when removed and deflated a whole new world of cracks appear on these bags

Having just fitted a full set of Arnot Gen 3s for a customer there are not leaks on the pipe connections, pipe ends as good as new and should be for 2002 model so guess what numpty back at Arnot or in China didnt do....proberly wrong O rings so they will be replaced and a dash of silicone sparay added for sealing (Works well) Pressure switch on Valve block is another minor area to consider but more so the safety regulator, guess Dunlop hasnt the foggest on design, who in there right mind places a pressure switch and safety valve upside down.....
