Ok, not sure if this topic has been discussed before, but here goes.

Occasionally, my EAS compressor would keep pumping and eventually the EAS will, by itself, set itself into the high-ride position, along w/ the arrow on the instrument panel. If this happens, even if I turn off the ignition, the EAS compressor keeps pumping, and sometimes, it can be observed that the car would be raised up quite a bit, probably more than the high-position.

Once in a while, the EAS fault would set in, but most of the time, compressor shuts itself and all is returned to normal.

Just today, the EAS did the same thing, and kept pumping, even w/ the ignition off. So, I opened up the fusebox and pulled the compressor relay out. Immediately, the compressor shut itself off, and once the ignition is turned on again, all is normal.

Does this mean, I have a faulty relay? Or, is it a compound issue, with several things going on?
