This sounds dumb, but I can't figure out how to get audio from the DVD player on the headrests. My driver side screen says no signal (assuming it has a loose wire or something) and the passenger side plays but there is no audio. I hear they come with wireless headsets and a remote? Mine didn't come with those, is there another way to listen to dvd's (through the car stereo?). Does RR or anyone else sell replacements for the remote and headsets?

Make, model, pictures?? Factory or aftermarket??

We need more info to help you out here.

FWIW I have aftermarket screens and DVD player that uses an FM modulator to run them through the car speakers. Works well enough for my needs.

I have a 2003 hse. DVD player and screens are factory.
