Hi,

Can someone tell me RPM based speeds of 2.5 DSE with Autobox in 'D'?
i.e. @1000 RPM , speed .................KM/H
@2000 RPM, speed ..................KM/H etc.

I have a feeling that my rig tooooo slooooooooooooooooow .

There are only 2 factors that can influence the relation between rpm and speed (besides changing the gearbox):
- tire diameter (larger tires will give a higher true speed for the same rpm, but the speedo will have the same fault so this wont be noticeable on the dash readout).
- increased slip in the torqueconverter or failure to lock up

For an automatic gearbox the slip in the torqueconverter depends on rpm, throttle, load, chosen gear, temperature and level of the gearbox oil. It is thus impossible to give a table as for a manual gearbox, as you ask.
In 3rd and 4th gear, the torqueconverter will lock up when above a certain speed and under light load.
In 4th this gives about 2700rpm for 120 kph.

The DSE auto is all but a fast car, even when in good condition...
If in doubt, first make sure your engine is well maintained and also check/replace the gearbox oil and filter.
