Has anyone replaced their drivers side pre-cat O2 sensor ?? it is very hard to get a wrench on. Curious to know if anyone has any thoughts on this. Thanks. ('05 HSE)

I have, it took me about 20-30 minutes. I was being extra careful not to screw the threads up. one suggestion, make sure the exhaust is cool.

Snugg - glad to hear you were successful. Could you tell me what tool you used?? I used a 22mm combination wrench on the passenger side, but, i cant seem to get that to work on the driver's side due to the drive shaft. Definitely want cool exhausts in any case. Thanks.

I used an adjustable C wrench (for lack of a better name). Probaly not the best tool to use, but it did the job. Once you get it loose, use your hands to finish removing it. you won't have alot of space to turn the wrench. Hopefully the person before you didn't over tighten it. It easier putting the new one in then it was getting the old one out.
