I have a 2007 HSE with roughly 127xxx miles. I tried searching to no avail. Whenever I have to "panic" brake, or accelerate hard mid-throttle, I get a thud or clunk, similar to typical driveline slop. It doesn't happen under normal conditions. Do these trucks suffer the same driveline slop as other Rovers? If not, what are typical wear points for these? I haven't yet, but will check the motor mounts, transmission/transfer case mounts, and suspension bushings this weekend.

Thanks for the help!

Typical wear points on the driveline are the transmission output/transfer case input shafts, and the CV joints on the driveshaft itself. My front driveshaft joint at the back of the transmission has a tiny amount of slop in it, and I can get a clunk every now and then, especially when I catch the transmission between gear shifts (like its downshifting from 2 to 1 almost at a stop)
