I've been thinking of a switch to open the fuse connection, but I'm concerned about generating faults that need resetting. Does the fault reset automatically when you replace the fuse?

Hi all! just wondered if someone could help?
I want to disable the traction control on my P38 4.6 (1998) whilst all the lovely snow is out
DOes anyone know how to do this? is it a case of removing a fuse/relay?
any help would be much appreciated!
