Does anybody know the MY date that RR switched from analogue to Digital TV tuners in the UK?

I believe it was 2005 (MY06)/2006 (MY07). I think it was initially an option but may have become standard latter on in MY07. It is more prevalent in updated model on a 56 plate and beyond (i.e. the TDV8 models).

I have an 07 2007 TDV8 how can I tell if its digital?
Do your stations broadcast in only digital?

Here in the States it's easy; if you get signal you have a digital tuner as there are no analogue broadcasts.

In my area in the South we still have full Analogue untill 2012 as well as Digital. That makes it difficult to know which I have :?
My only suggestion would be to look up the part number on your tuner.

But that's probably on the back - no chance of me taking the dash off!

Thank though - I though the tuning may be the clue as its completely different on Digital & Analogue TV's. My unit tuning looks just like the one that was in the 2003 I had and the 2006 I still have as well. Its just station numbers and you flick through them as the TV tunes in (Very analogue-esq I feel) as Digital tend to be a scan and then fixed programs in much greater numbers than the Analogue 5 channels over here.
