I saw the Mariana Black recently on a full size at the dealership - it isn't really a black, more of a midnight blue. Can look black under low light, but in direct sunlight its a deep dark blue. Given you like the Bali, the Mariana is unique and you will probably like it. I had seen the paint chip sample in the dealerrship, but it doesn't really do it justice - need to see a full vehicle with angles and finish. I opted for santorini, because i wanted straight black, but the mariana is a good looking option. Silly that you have to pay an extra $1800 for it, but in the grand scheme of things worth it if you love the color. I got the RSS SC for the same calculus - only $10k difference once you load it up and didn't want to risk the new V6 without being able to test drive it

I was told $1k deposit on new build that would come in Jan. I put down $5k on a factory spec'd car - have order number and delivery date by Sept 30, but I expect it will come earlier (late Aug/early sept)
