I know this is something that varies wildly, but what are you all seeing in terms of discount on a 2018? I'm taking delivery this week of a $161k LWB ATB. I'm getting $4,000 off MSRP. That sound about right? Hard to compare because the 17's are so heavily discounted, but for obvious reasons ie old tech.

I had this question too a few weeks ago. I think at least 7k, you could use a service like truecar though which would tell you 10k but the issue i ran into was supply. I couldn't find an 18 with the options and colors i wanted so had to pay more.

Still better then back in 2014 and 2015 when they didn’t give any discount at all, no dealer had inventory and if they had, they didn’t sell it outside their service area.

Just bought a new MY2017 with almost $ 18 K discount. Paid less the 4 years ago for a better equipped car.

Right, you can easily score $20k on better equipped '17s like this one https://www.landroverbedford.com/new/Land+Rover/2017-Land+Rover-Range+Rover-bedford-nh-16901cdd0a0e0a1708debfc4255fa9de.htm . As for the current model year, at this stage they typically split the invoice/MSRP difference, which can be several thousand. On a $161k car, $4k sounds a bit low, but it sure depends on many things, like relationship, inventory, etc.
You can pick up some great deals on 17’s now. I got a 17 with 10k mile for ~$80k USD with an original sticker of $113K. Also included the 7 year CPO so it has warranty until the end of 2024 I believe.
