Hi guy,s..

Can anyone give me the cubbyhole measurements ?. image.jpg

I've taken this image from another forum & I'm more interested in the depth of this (I'm sure that there must be a double din which is shallow enough to fit)

Thanks in advance

THe actual cubby that fits in the GPS location is only about 1.5" deep. You'll find that space is not double DIN standard sized. Folks that do double DIN installs move the climate control up there and use the existing radio and HVAC space for their installs. THere are plenty of existing threads with double DIN info to get you started.

Thanks for that..

I've seen the ones with the evac moved, & to be honest, I'm not a massive lover..

I'm just thinking of some other idea

I'm sure the factory nav screen which fits in there on the later ones is only between 90-100mm deep from memory.

I have a spare screen downstairs, so I'll try and dig it out on the bench tomorrow and measure it.

I know from when I installed my aftermarket nav system in there that there is NOT a lot of space towards the top of the unit because of the heater box...
