Hi,

I heavily suspect cracked manifolds.
I do have a ticking at idle that goes away at 1000RPM.
I do not want to take heat shields out and manifolds too to discover it's something else.

Can Seafoam proove without any dismantle that there's a crack in those manifolds?

Chances are that if you think you have you do have. it is common for them to crack where the four pipes join. Bare in mind that they are stainless. so can be repaired but needs to be done properly.

I didn't say this - (I like to think I run a professional workshop :shhh: ) - but if you run the engine at idle and get someone to cover the tailpipe to create pressure in the system, you may be able to certify a fractured section of the exhaust. Any noise from a fracture will get 10 times worse suddenly.
