It’s a common problem .. replacement is not that easy - you can try to repair with black polyurethane filler - but it won’t look good - my solution was to get a dash cover mat .. there are some that glue over the original dash - if you do a search here you will find references
Search on this forum, there is a company that makes a skin you can install over your dash. You have to remove anything installed in that section of the dash, do some flattening and prep work but the guys dash was split like crazy and it finished surprisingly well.

And being made in the USA I do not see a right hand drive option (the OP in in the UK) - I live in a very high UV area so have had a cover on my dash for 10 years so it has been protected. I like the felt style and in my view looks good and you can get them in RHD.
