On my 2010 sport, the cooler box doesn't get cold. I've tried in on a 4 hour trip (thinking in needed time to cool down) with no success. The green light comes on and I can hear the fan running, but no change in temperature.

Does the AC have to be on as well for the fridge to run? Is there anything else I should look at that may fix the issue?

The fridge has nothing to do with the A/C system - so no, the A/c does not have to be on. The fridge is a thermoelectric fridge so if it is not cooling most likely the Peltier module has failed.

My fridge cools drinks to about 4 degrees C - I travelled 600km today and had nice cool drinks all the way.

Thank you! Is that something that can be replaced, or will I need a whole new unit?
