I'm a longtime Land Cruiser owner but my new wife has a 1998 Range Rover 4.0.
She just called me and to say she is leaking coolant from the front right fender.
I've only been under her hood to change the oil and I never noticed any cooling system hoses in the area. What can be leaking?
Assuming it's a weird hose has anybody found silicone hose replacements for the stock rubber?
Finally where is the best source for Factory Service Manuals?

Hi

At the right fender there is the coolant reservoir. It is possible that the small hose from the top of the radiator to the reservoir leaks. Or coolant is leaking at the reservoir cap onto the inside of the fender.

An other possibility is that the heater core o-rings leak into the right footwell. The coolant drips from the cab to the outside just before the front door leaving a small puddle under the right fender just behind the front wheel.
If this is the case make sure to rectify asap as coolant can seriously damage the main computer (BECM Body electric control module) under the right front seat. After repairs make sure you remove the damp floormat and dry out the area.

Regards

For FSM you need a RAVE CD.
Try this page (scroll down to RAVE 2) http://landroveroneten.com/index.php/la ... r-manuals/
Alternatively Google 'Green Oval' +Downloads, and pick the appropriate disk.
Your Computer knowledge has to extend to dealing with Image files. If it doesn't, ask someone in your local network. Most likely someone with a teenager who downloads games.
Once you have the CD, copy the complete thing into a new folder on your hard drive, maintaining the Directory structure, then create a shortcut to the file Rave.EXE, which is in the new folder you just created. The manuals run a lot quicker off you hard drive, compared to spinning up the CD every time you change a page.

Good Luck.
