Hi I know this is a older post. How did the re-conversion go? I am thinking of doing this as well, luckily I was able to get a doner Rover and used the lines to replace the cut ones. How can I test if the lines are sealed and the air ride would get air to stabilize them? I tried running the pump to see if air comes out from the hose but didn't feel any air. Is this a good or bad thing?

Buy fresh lines, it comes in rolls and has no fear of damage. If you are getting no air form the compressor it needs to be replaced or rebuilt. You test for seal, your test for leaks once you have struts and rear bags installed and an operating system. Sadly you have provided no specs on your rig, the donor rig nor do you have any of your Rover's info in your signature. his no model info we can not address the specifics of any of the three generations of L322.
