if you look earlier in this post i put a couple pix of the engine on here. i bought the throttle mount on Amazon.
Stain Aluminum Throttle Cable Bracket for 4150 Style Series Carburetor
then you need to mod something to link the throttle cable to the carb to the kick down.
Is that the transmission kick-down you are referring to? Is it cable-actuated off of the throttle cable on these?

yes, it is the cable coming from the fire wall, the the throttle cable I have feeding from the front of the engine. modified a little piece of metal for thd 2 to attach to with the carb attached in the middle.

Consider looking at a Lokar Kick Down Cable. Little expensive, but very good quality and might save you a lot of hassle..

Just getting caught up on this project, and I'm a huge fan! I considered doing this to my '92 a while back, but ultimately decided to keep the EFI.

Rimmer Bros in England sells a complete swap kit that includes the kickdown linkage and other misc. parts. Pricey but it's probably an overall savings vs. buying everything you need individually.
