Hi all,

I am looking into purchasing a 2010 rrs. On the service report the last service they did a engine power train computer/module reprogram. What would that be required for?

Hello Scott, I am new to the World of Range rover, But I guess computer/module reprogramming can be Done mainly for two things:
1- if there was an issue with immobilizer so the car could not start,
2- if they have replaced the Throttle position sensor, so the new needs to be reprogrammed.

best regards,
Z

Could be anything but if done during a service and there were no issues previously then most likely just a software update - just like Windows does regular updates.
