When the annual vehicle inspection to this vehicle was being done, the tech pulled up (instaed of pressing down to release it) on the red plastic emergency flasher switch over the steering column and pulled it completely out. How do I go about reattaching it? It doesn't seem to just snap back in place, but it does not seem to be broken off either.

Did mine Sunday while looking for my Oil Level module... It does just press back on. See how the white tab fits it, get up close with a flashlight and magnifying glass and be gentle. It will go back on. Press down past the click.
