I searched and dug up some great info from a 2007 post about rear seat airbag configurations.....and think my 2006 has the head only bag in the rear (06 with lux and RSE)...got to thinking about the placement of my 3 year old's car seat location.

I currently have her on the passenger side rear....a spot where come to think of it we are probably most likely to get hit (making a left hand turn...not seeing someone coming..hit it blind spot)....knock wood this will never happen..want to balance the benefit of the bag...but not have the danger of airbag going off and coming in contact with child/seat with too much force...etc...

what do you guys think...should I have the car seat in the middle...driver side or passenger side....passenger side is most convenient as driver can see/interact with child (easier than if behind driver) and not have to reach over either side to buckle as you would if in middle...what do you guys think?

Thanks in advance for any opinions... no better place to ask a question like this....we are all probably a little over obsessed on details and slightly paranoid :)....Thanks
