I have had exactly the same problem with my Range Rover Vogue following a jump start - Interior lights not working, central locking not working, front wipers and washer not working, lower rear tailgate not working, upper rear tailgate only opens with remote key. After reading all the posts here, I took it to my trusty mechanic who reset all the error codes in the BCM (Body control module) and everything began working again!
