Hi,

The car in question is a 2016 Evouque HSE Dynamic.

Has anyone had an issue where the CD / DVD drive does not accept disks, yet pressing the eject button makes a noise, then the main screen shows "No Disk".

Does any know if the drives need coding to the car? I'm thinking about just buying a replacement drive.
JLR want £1,900 as they want to replace the whole unit and screen ?
Ever hear anything back from anyone? I'm having the same problem with my L494.
