We have a ‘17 RR Sport V8 Dynamic and have noticed recently after connecting our iPhones to use CarPlay that it often disconnects randomly. So, CarPlay will he working one second, then it goes back to the standard Land Rover OS, then back again. Sometimes this happens every minute. Tried multiple cables, updated to latest software (which seemed to help for a while) but no luck. Using the latest Gen iPhone with iOS 14.4.

Anyone experienced something similar?

Is this wired or wireless CarPlay? I’m having the same issue with wireless, and only seems to affect iPhone 12. Wired works fine for me though

Ugh what a pain it is. I tried everything. Swapping wires. Swapping phones - My son's 11, my wifes old XR, my old 11, my wifes 12 and my 12. My 12 seemed to be the only one with the issue.

All settings seemed to be the same but it seems Apple likes to hid some settings.

I ended up resetting my phone and now it works like a charm. Except for some missing features that will probably never be addressed but it is what it is.
