Hi everyone,

I just bought a CPO 2017 RRS HSE Dynamic. I completed registration on the InControl website but cannot get it to connect to the car. When I get to the connect step, I go to the car, hit the button which flashes fast then slow (as it should) and nothing. Wifi is off (per the website's instructions) and I see the screen says 3G so I know the sim has signal.

Any thoughts?

Talk to the dealer (they have access to the backend) to make sure the previous owner is unregistered. The dealer can force it through. Not sure if that's the problem, but it can be.
