After the last app update, the vehicle is still having issues with connecting to my app. I drove it yesterday and tried to manually refresh the app and it keeps timing out. I've seen people using T Mobile SIMS, but want to use Verizon as it has the best coverage in my area and that is what my cell carrier is. Looking online, I've seen forums ask this question, but not answer it. Has anyone tried to use a Verizon SIM? Thanks

I am going to guess no since Verizon is CDMA and AT&T is GSM as well as the global standard. Some Verizon phones work with an AT&T sim but I doubt that would be the case with a car. My liquid level gauges for fuel tanks have the option to use one or the other and I can't buy 1 and choose the carrier later. I thought about swapping my verizon wireless network card's sim with my truck but haven't yet.

How long do the sim cards work for "free" before you need to add it to your wireless account?
