Camera package

Hi,

Is it possible to retrofit the full camera package to a 2014 Range Rover Sport? I only have the rear view camera, and wouldn't mind the wing mirror and front cameras.
Also, is the front bumper supposed to have one or two cameras in it?

Thanks

Take it from a guy who has the camera package ... It's realllllly over-rated. It takes about 10 selections to actually select the camera you want through a nonsense set of key selections. And even then, it's black and white and very low res. I would guess that it might be marginally useful offroad but onroad it's basically useless (at least in pre-2017 models). Don't bother. Spend your money on a tune or exhaust or wheels or brakes ...
I couldn’t agree more with Trez63. I was excited that i had the package... until i got home and tried to use it to park.

They are very low quality and unlike the rear camera, they are not useful for parking as they don’t point in the correct directions (in LR’s defense, that’s not their intention anyway). Again agreeing with Trez, it takes some poking around to even get to them.
Hi guys,

Thanks for the feedback. Doesn't seem worth the hassle then, let alone the cost. In addition to the cameras it would have involved new wiring loom for the front bumper, maybe also the wing mirrors.
Have already spent some money trez63, have put on some 22" wheels, new exhaust system from Quicksilver, and am waiting for Velocityap tune to arrive in the post8)

Thanks again
I had teh 360 camera package on my 2016 Sport. I found it very good, I never kerbed a wheel when parking because of the kerb view and I liked the helicopter view for bay parking. I found it easy to use - and the definition was good, also at night - Perhaps they updated it for my model year. I ordered it again for my 2018/2019 plug in hybrid.
Hi my 2006 rr 3.6 tdv8 has the cameras on the bottom of the mirrors but as I’m missing the owners hand book I still haven’t worked out how to view them. I’m not sure if the wing mirrors have been replace but not connected up.
