Hi all put new chains guide had to take cam out lifer seized put back together use all the blocks pins got continuity use tool on vanos Taking the block Out1 4 inlet cam jumped forward which is supposed to be ok but when I turn it. Over by hand that cam stops and Then catches up making tic off follower is this normal is a lack oil pressure ?? Any help much appreciated

Found a great bloke on BMW site Walter 17 .Cams do stop and followers tic .lt started fine cam bank 2 advanced cheep China tools!!
