Has anyone installed the Britpart Poly Bush Kit on their P38

1.How much of a difference does it make
2.Is it shiped with fitment instructions and are the bushes marked
3.How difficult and how long will it take me

I seem to remember reading on here sometime that the P38 ends up uncomfortable - probably the only LR product better without polybuhes which shows how **** good it was in the 1st place.
