I went to a wrecking yard yesterday and saw a 96 Rangi, not sure how long it has been there but I was there three month ago and it wasn't. The car has what looks to be a new accumulator in it, does anyone know what happens when it sits for this long with out fluid in it? Oh the hood is down and the temp. has been anywhere from 100 to 30 degrees the last couple of months.

Under hood temps would get way higher than that with an engine running. Should be usable but it is still a used unit. You pay your nickle and take your chances :)

Not into 2nd parts like this but would guess the wreckes would sell complete abs pump
If it looks fairly new then its not a problem using it, by now the pressure would have gone and it should be fine
Temps not a issue as the engine saturates these parts anyway

Scotty, I see no problems with it. If nothing else it will be no better than the one you have right?
