Im currently running them on my sport and love them, i went ahead and ordered 275 45 20 for the 08 supercharged, will i have any issues running this size on the truck?

Just a stab in the dark here, but since the FFRR has slightly larger wheel wells than the RRS, you should be okay, as long as you used the same offset as your rims on the RRS.

im using the OEM 20" wheels that came with my Full Size range rover supercharged

You might have an issue with the 275 width. From what I recall the full size wheels are not as wide as the sport wheels.

2008 full size supercharged, im currently running stock 255 50 20's

went ahead and changed my order to 275 55 20

Ran these tires in that size on my '07 then now on my '10. Just some rubbing - no issues with width even prior to lifting it.
