Bought myself a Bearmach Hawkeye tool to diagnose a supension problem on my L322.
It's a brilliant bit of kit. I've used it twice already so I figure it's paid off £100 of its cost. Only thing I didn't realise after I bought the unit is that you also need to buy a pricey adaptor to do Air suspension and various other bits. Not sure why they can't just inlcude that when they know what car you are ordering it for.

I've got a 2006 Range Rover SC and I'm in the process of buying a diagnostic tool. Since the Hawkeye seems to be the best one in term of price/quality. I would like to receive good epinions. Thanks in advance.

Hi all,

I have talked with Clive at Hawkeye/Bearmach and i am hoping to buy this unit within the next two weeks. This unit is being produced with the help of Omnitec so i would rather put my money on this products than other expensive ones. There are several cables for different tasks as those ECU's use different pin-outs it might impossible to use a single cable, heck even the T4 system has many cables ;)

So for the price of 300GBP for the unit it's well worth the price. And you'd be able to recover the cost much sooner than you think and since it's unlocked for the whole range (i.e your selected vehicle model) and not just to one VIN you could easily help out your friends & others and earn some extra cash ;)
