Re: Bought my first RR & new to forums.. Advice requested..

Do both (or either) door mirrors' outer assemblies fold inwards when you press that button on the driver's door switch pack?

Is it the driver side mirror lens itself which doesn't adjust?

Does the passenger side mirror lens deflect downwards upon selecting reverse?

Although there isn't a mirror specific guide these guys have some very useful information regarding certain items you'll likely be removing or installing on your new ride.

I've found their videos to be very helpful both in the time-saving department and the unintended damage because I'm ignorant of a particular hidden holding trim clip department (which I overlooked when I read the Topix info).

Just be aware that your later year L322 based vehicle is an updated (a mix of mostly Jaguar/Ford funded upgrades with some carried over BMW designed parts) version rather than the mostly BMW based/sourced items as shown in several of these videos.

Hope that helps.

Now, on to the next issue.

Do you have a picture of the aftermarket DVD headrests?

Just to be clear.....

The DVD players and screens work but the headrests don't adjust up and down correctly?

Is that what you're wanting to remedy?

Rob

Nice interior color BTW.
